As 2019 comes to a close –What’s next for 2020?

It’s December; not only December, but it’s 11 days until Christmas, and 18 days until we stop writing 2019 . . .

If there is anything that I have learned in 2019, it’s that I can make plans and have goals, but . . .

Proverbs 19:21 ESV – 21 Many are the plans in the mind of a man, but it is the purpose of the LORD that will stand.

I am learning to hold my plans and goals loosely; not to procrastinate; to take joyful advantage of every “good” day that I can; to not resent the “tough” days, but to trust that God’s purpose stands.

Beginning January 1, and continuing until Easter (April 12), by God’s grace I will be reading and meditating on the life of Jesus, using the book, One Perfect Life by John Macarthur
