Plea for Grace January 15, 2022

1 Chronicles 16:34 ESV – 34 Oh give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; for his steadfast love endures forever!

Psalm 138:8 ESV – 8 The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.

O Lord,

Your sovereignty would be truly terrifying were it not for Your steadfast love and Your goodness. You will always operate from truth. You will always seek my highest good and fulfill Your purpose. Strengthen my faith to see that truth when life is hard . . .

Your Word is such a gift! You remind me continually of Your ways, of who You are, and encourage and strengthen me. Psalm 73:28 ESV – 28 But for me it is good to be near God; I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.
