Plea for Grace April 7, 2022

Psalm 67:1-7 ESV -
1 May God be gracious to us and bless us and make his face to shine upon us, Selah
2 that your way may be known on earth, your saving power among all nations.
3 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you!
4 Let the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you judge the peoples with equity and guide the nations upon earth. Selah
5 Let the peoples praise you, O God; let all the peoples praise you!
6 The earth has yielded its increase; God, our God, shall bless us.
7 God shall bless us; let all the ends of the earth fear him!

Precious Father,

You are my God, and I praise You for Your mercy and grace in saving me. But there are so many in this world who do not know You. They are in hopeless despair. Father, bring them the good news of Your salvation. Open their hearts to receive Your word.

Thank You for those servants who are willing to go to these hard places. Encourage their hearts today. Give them strength for their task. Be their comfort in loneliness; their refuge in danger; their supply for their daily needs.

You are the God of the whole earth. We praise You, Lord God.

  1. I praise you God, for who you are and for what you are doing, in my life and in the lives of the ones I love.

    1. praying the psalms is comprehensive — missions, unsaved loved ones, people needing direction for tough decisions, government leaders, church leaders, family members . . . God is truly sovereign over all

I want to know what you think!
