Psalm 103:1-5 ESV - 1 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name! 2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits, 3 who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases, 4 who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy, 5 who satisfies you with good so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Gracious, Holy God,
Your benefits are many; You truly are good. You forgive all my sin through Jesus’ death and resurrection. According to Your mercy and grace, you also lavish me with your steadfast love and mercy; You renew my life; I can be content.
When fear, pain, discontent, despair seek to overwhelm me, help me to remember all Your benefits, and bless Your holy name.

Praise gets my mind focused on God instead of on me. Those are such fitting words. Thank you for sharing
