Plea for Grace May 16, 2022

Psalm 136:1-3, 26 ESV -
1 Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever.
2 Give thanks to the God of gods, for his steadfast love endures forever.
3 Give thanks to the Lord of lords, for his steadfast love endures forever; ...
26 Give thanks to the God of heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever.

It is good to give thanks to God. It is good to remind ourselves who God is and what He has done. His steadfast love endures forever.

The challenges facing Christians in Egypt remain
largely unchanged from previous years, although there
has been a drop in levels of violence. This is most likely
linked to COVID-19 restrictions. Christian activities
have significantly decreased, which invites less
provocation, and would-be perpetrators have been off
the streets due to lockdowns. The biggest threat for
converts from Islam to Christianity continues to come
from family members

Day 1: Pray for stable and fulfilling work for Christian
men, so they can provide for their families

  1. This is a fun exercise:
    HIS steadfast love endures forever
    Only God is eternal
    His STEADFAST love endures forever
Steadfast means “resolutely or dutifully firm and unwavering”. I like that, unwavering
    His steadfast LOVE endures forever
The love that sent His son to pay for my sin
    His steadfast love ENDURES forever
Endure means “to remain firm without yielding”. God’s love for me will never change
    His steadfast love endures FOREVER
Things that last forever never come to an end — they continue endlessly.

Thank you Father for your unwavering, unyielding love thst continues forever

I want to know what you think!
