Plea for Grace May 18, 2022

Psalm 138:8 ESV – 8 The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me; your steadfast love, O LORD, endures forever. Do not forsake the work of your hands.

As I read through this psalm and consider the Lord’s faithfulness and steadfast love, how he will answer through His word when I call to Him, how He is just and glorious . . .

what a comfort that He will fulfill his purpose for me. I am here, wherever “here” is — for a reason. Ephesians 2:10 ESV – 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Lord, I praise You for Your steadfast love and faithfulness. I submit to Your purpose for me, for Your purpose is good.
