Plea for Grace May 19, 2022

Psalm 139:1-4 ESV -
1 O LORD, you have searched me and known me!
2 You know when I sit down and when I rise up; you discern my thoughts from afar.
3 You search out my path and my lying down and are acquainted with all my ways.
4 Even before a word is on my tongue, behold, O LORD, you know it altogether.

I am not invisible to You. You have a purpose for me, and You know me better than I know myself. I may be able to deceive myself, but You see and know nothing but the truth. You know my actions as well as my thoughts and motives. Help me to absorb Your word and Your ways. Psalm 119:10-11 ESV – 10 With my whole heart I seek you; let me not wander from your commandments! 11 I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you. Help me to live out Your word in humble obedience. Psalm 119:4-5 ESV – 4 You have commanded your precepts to be kept diligently. 5 Oh that my ways may be steadfast in keeping your statutes!

  1. I so appreciate the prayer requests for the persecuted church. My life is so insulated here. Yes, I know there is persecution of believers worldwide, but having it placed before me every day helps to keep my heart tender. Thank you.

I want to know what you think!
